What’s Inside? - Inside the grow kit is the living, breathing, Lion's Mane mycelium that is feeding on locally sourced hardwood sawdust. This grow kit is delicately prepared using time-tested methods to ensure the mycelium grows strong and happy. We’ve done the hard work so you don’t have to!

How Do I Grow It?

• First, open up the box and cut an X in the bag as indicated. Keep your grow kit in a safe place out of direct sunlight, ideally with temperatures ranging from 18-24 degrees C. Mist the cut 1-3 times a day ensuring that there is plenty of moisture.

• After some time you will begin to see small dense clumps of mycelium developing at the cut. This is where it gets fun! These little clumps will slowly begin inflating over the course of 7-14 days into the full-sized Lion's Mane mushroom.

• You know it is ready for harvest once the dangling teeth grow to be 2-3 cm in length. You can get 3-4 flushes from a single grow kit over the course of two months.
