How Do I Grow It?

• First, open the box and cut an X in the bag as indicated. Keep your grow kit in a safe place out of direct sunlight. Ideal temperatures range from 12°C - 21°C. Mist the cut 1-3 times a day ensuring there is plenty of moisture.

• After some time you will begin to see small dense clumps of mycelium developing at the cut. This is where it gets fun! These little clumps will slowly inflate over 7-14 days into full-sized mushrooms.

• Harvest your Chestnut Mushrooms while the cap is still round and spherical. This is when they have the best flavor and texture. If you wait a little too long, there’s no harm done! The mushrooms are still delicious. If conditions are ripe you can expect 2 or 3 more flushes over the next two months!
