Calm Cards were created to support the upcoming generation of children who now more than ever require emotional and mental support. Many children suffer with tough emotions and these cards can help spark ideas of what to do to calm down.

Calm Cards are for children aged between 3-12 years old and give them actions that help to soothe themselves when needed. Calm Cards are created by Allie Ackland-Prpic, a Child Psychologist who has worked in schools, as a therapist and has created and ran a school wellbeing program called the Still Mind Program in Australian Schools for the last 8 years. Allies work in schools inspired the creation of Calm Cards, identifying a gap in the curriculum and a needed tool to support childrens mental health.
