Shipping Policy

  • In accordance with this Agreement, goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which you will receive by email.
  • Our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control from time to time, particularly during busy periods, despite our best efforts to meet stated delivery times. Please allow up to 10 days delivery (for standard and express post) during these times.
  • Various fees and charges apply to standard and express post. There may also be additional charges for certain goods (such as large and bulky items or special orders). Shipping charges if applicable, will be displayed at checkout, except for bulky items, in which case we will contact you for a shipping quote.
  • Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders and your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
  • In accordance with Australia Post's standard practices, some orders may not require signatures and will be left in a safe place at the delivery address.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to accept delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for:
    1. If delivery has been attempted within the stated delivery timeframes but has been delayed;
    2. If your parcel has been signed for but is missing (regardless of whether you accepted delivery personally);
    3. In the event that a parcel is lost or missing and you have given the item's carrier express authority to leave it at your selected location.
  • Any delivery options may be changed, modified or discontinued at our absolute discretion.

    Is your Item OK to send?

    As the buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure  the items you purchase are not subject to laws or restrictions  both in Australia and in the destination country.

    Restrictions can change without notice and ask that you check conditions of entry by contacting the destinations customs, postal trade or government authority before you purchase the item.

    It is also your responsibility to check if there are any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees not listed here that might be enforced by the destination country to the item you are purchasing. Please contact your local consulate office for more information.

    Failure to check the above prior to purchase, may lead to the item being rejected at customs or high fees and taxes you will need to pay to allow the item to enter the destination country.
